About the Organisation
Members:
Membership is open to any organisation, legal entity or individual with an interest to fulfill the Objectives of the Association
To support the secretariat and operation and of the association, membership fees are 1000 € per annum
Independent legal entity:
The Nanophotonics Europe Association is an independent, not-for-profit association
The Association may be hosted by any member organization, providing office space and admin support. ICFO - The Institute of Photonic Sciences hosts it in the launching phase
Decision taking and operation:
The General Assembly is the highest governing body and is comprised of all members of the Association
The Management Committee is the executive body, and is elected by the General Assembly
The Association operates on funds raised by membership fees, participation in projects, and grants
