In November 2010 leading researchers gathered in Barcelona to discuss the future research direction of nanophotonics. The outcome of this Foresight Workshop, hosted by the Nanophotonics Europe Association, can be found in this latest report.

The European Optical Society and the Nanophotonics Europe Association have reached an agreement to collaborate in the 4th Scientific EOS Annual Meeting (EOSAM 2012, http://myeos.org/events/eosam2012). Applications due on June 30, 2012

The summer school will take place in Les Houches, France, on September 17-28, 2012. It is dedicated to post-graduate and post-doctoral students and to any researchers whose current or future topics are in the field of nanophotonics and nanophononics.
